Knife Sharpening Technique using a Steel

The correct and safer way to use a steel is to hold the handle firmly and brace the point of the steel against a table, then take niece easy movements remembering that you are straightening the edge only, if you want to sharpen the knife use a diamond steel following the same procedure as you do with the steel.
